We gather in prayer, grow in faith, and perform services, 

fundraising, and hold social events


Altar and Rosary Society (Beaumont) - The ladies of this organization host an annual Fashion Show each October.  The proceeds from this go towards providing the altar cloths, vestments and other linens of the church.

Bible Study Group, English  - 2nd & 4th Wednesday of every month from 9:00 to 11:00 AM.   Deacon Mark Hodnick facilitates a Bible Study class in the dining room of the parish hall in Beaumont. After the first hour, we take a break for coffee and goodies.  (Bible Study Photo Album)

Catholic Daughters of America

Cursillo - A worldwide movement that is active in our diocese at the direction of Bishop Barnes. In the Pass area, we have one ultreya which meets monthly on the last Thursday of each month at the Parish Hall in Beaumont in room 3 at 6:30PM.  We end with a visit to the Blessed Sacrament at 8:00PM. This is a multi-cultural ultreya, available to the Filipino and Hispanic communities as well as the English community.  This is an opportunity for all Cursillistas to come together and witness to their walk with the Lord. We do this by sharing our Piety, Study, and Action. For more information, please go to the National Website at

Divine Mercy Chaplet - On the last Sunday of each month following the 10:30 AM Mass at the Banning site, the prayer group hosts a recitation of the Divine Mercy Chaplet.

Filipino Ministry - The second Sunday of each month a Mass is celebrated at the Beaumont site at 6:30 PM.  The Liturgy and songs are in Filipino. They host an annual Luau Dinner Dance  

Grupo de Oración - This Spanish language prayer group meets each Friday at 7:00 PM alternating between the Banning and Beaumont Churches.  Please contact the parish office for a particular week's meeting.

Guadalupe Committee - This group works year round to provide for the Guadalupe Celebration of Saint Kateri Parish.  They sponsor a dinner/or luncheon, the Mass complete with Mariachis and a well-organized dramatization depicting the apparition of our Lady of Guadalupe to Saint Juan Diego.

Hispanic Leadership Council - This group meets bi-monthly.  Each member represents the leadership of liturgical music, Hispanic organizations, and Parish Council.  They gather to surface and discuss issues which are central to the Hispanic Community, i.e. ethnic celebrations, community outreach.  Each member is appointed by a group or the pastor.

Knights of Columbus - San Gorgonio Council #5392 - Hold their regular meeting here at the Saint Kateri Parish Hall on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM.   They also hold various fundraisers at the parish.  Men who are interested in joining may contact the Grand Knight Robert Fontes at (951)769-9948.

Ladies Guild (Banning) - The events sponsored by the Ladies’ Guild go to support many parish ministries.  They are committed to prayer and support one another.

Precious Blood Prayer Group
There is a weekly gathering in the Chapel at the Banning site following the Thursday 5:30 PM Mass.  Everyone is welcome from 6:00 to 7:00 PM to praise, honor and love Jesus Christ, Our Lord.

Pro-Life Ministry
There has been a need in the parish for a long time to have an active Pro-Life Ministry. Florence Morck has responded to the need and will lead up the ministry.  The Pro-Life Committee is seeking members.  If you are interested in being part of this very important ministry, please call Florence at (951) 845-5750.
